We commit to five hiring-manager conversations in your first 30 days. A conversation counts if it's a real scheduled call of at least 15 minutes with someone at a company you're targeting, and it came from an email we sent. Screening calls, recruiter calls, and coffee chats all count.

If you hit 30 days without five, we keep working at no additional charge until you get there, up to a maximum of 90 days total. That free work is the guarantee. There's no cash refund attached to it, and it applies as long as you're holding up your end: approving your emails, replying to people, and showing up to the calls you book. All of it is written into the agreement you sign before we start.

No, and nobody honestly can. We don't make hiring decisions, employers do. What we control is how many of the right people you get in front of, so that's what we guarantee. Any company promising you a job for a fee is selling you something they can't deliver.
